The 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris have delivered some truly unforgettable moments lately, and the latest comes during the women’s beach volleyball final. The game managed to incorporate John Lennon’s 1971 activist hit Imagine, played by the DJ in an effort to cool off a heated exchange between players.Between the pressure of a gold-medal final match and the heat of the Parisian summer, Friday’s Women’s Beach Volleyball tournament erupted into tension when a fight broke out between Brazil’s Ana Patricia Silva Ramos and Canada’s Brandie Wilkerson. The altercation escalated into shouting and finger-pointing, as the referee stepped in to try and get the 2v2 match back on track.
