He emphasized that the final result is genuine and not a pretense.Starr described the song as beautiful and highlighted the collaborative effort of the original members of the Beatles. The band attempted to create the song in the 1990s using scraps of songs written by Lennon. McCartney approached Starr to work on the project again, leading to the re-recording of drums and backing vocals. Starr expressed the emotional significance of all four members being present in the song, as it represents their final collaboration.
