Prudence Farrow, who inspired the Beatles’ song “Dear Prudence,” will lead a free yoga session.www.prudencebruns.comPrudence Farrow, who is the woman named in The Beatles’ song “Dear Prudence” from “The Beatles (The White Album),” will host a free yoga session from 10:30 a.m. to noon May 29 at the Louisville (Ky.) Marriott Downtown. She is the daughter of actress Maureen O’Sullivan and award-winning writer and film director John Farrow, and younger sister of actress Mia Farrow. The yoga class is open to the public. It is suggested that those attending wear yoga attire and bring yoga mats. The session will include an introduction to transcendental meditation (TM) by local certified TM instructor Patti Metten. Farrow will also sign her book, “Dear Prudence: The Story Behind the Song.”The session is in conjunction with the Beatles festival Abbey Road on the River, which will take place this weekend. Her talk there will be part of the festival and require a ticket. At the festival, Farrow, whose full name is Prudence Farrow Bruns, will speak about her time with The Beatles in two sessions at noon May 27 and 2 p.m. May 28 in the auditorium at the Muhammad Ali Center.
