John Lennon fans are being invited to take part in a prize-winning treasure hunt around the late Beatle’s Liverpool this weekend.The special event on Saturday, July 6, has been organised to mark the release this month of Mind Games (The Ultimate Collection).It is being presented by Universal Music Group and the John Lennon Estate, in association with Red and Grey Creative.The family-friendly treasure hunt starts at Liverpool Town Hall at 9am, where a map created by artist Ed Fairburn and marking locations in the city with a special relationship to Lennon will be able to be collected.Treasure hunters will need to track down special QR codes and photograph them with their phones.
