George Harrison claimed that The Beatles restrained each other’s egos. Elvis was the only person who had ever experienced being The King of Rock ‘n’ Roll, according to George, who once expressed his sympathy for Elvis. The Fab Four, however, were exempt from that problem. Even if it meant telling each other they were becoming overconfident, they had each other’s backs and relied on one another to get through.
The Beatles kept each other’s egos in check
George revealed how The Beatles helped one another keep their egos in check in an interview with Creem Magazine from 1987.
George explained, “You see, people become famous for a while, and this is why the Beatles were good. “We had four of us, so if one of us started acting big-headed or snobby, we would just broadside him. That was not acceptable to us.
