Paul McCartney, Elton John, Eddie Vedder & More Aboard For ‘One World: Together At Home’ Special
Paul McCartney, Elton John and Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder are just a few of the musicians on a lineup curated by Lady Gaga for the upcoming global broadcast and benefit One World: Together At Home. The special will air on ABC, CBS & NBC as well as a bevy of digital networks including Prime Video, Twitch, YouTube, Twitter and Yahoo! with iHeart Radio to broadcast Together At Home over the airwaves on April 18 at 8 p.m. ET.
Proceeds from One World: Together At Home will go towards the WHO (World Health Organization) and “to support frontline healthcare workers” during the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, though Gaga noted $35 million has been raised and viewers are encouraged to put their wallets away and just enjoy when the special starts. In a rare feat, competing late-night talk show hosts Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel will share hosting duties for the special. Additional artists expected to appear include Alanis Morissette, Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong, Burna Boy, Chris Martin, Finneas, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Lang Lang, Lizzo and Stevie Wonder. More celebrities will be added in the days to come.
