The Beatles and Cirque du Soleil announced June 29 they have produced a new music video of “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” from the “LOVE” show in Las Vegas. The video celebrates the restaging of the show for its upcoming 10th anniversary and also pays tribute to George Harrison, who wrote and sang it, and Beatles producer Sir George Martin. According to the announcement, the effects in the video were created using projection mapping and captured live, in-camera and no post-production CGI was used.
