George Harrison was always the most level-headed member of The Beatles outside of the group. Even though he was in one of the most famous bands in the world and could do no wrong in the public’s eyes, Harrison always wanted to be known as someone who was a normal guy who happened to have an extraordinary job whenever he made his tunes. He didn’t claim to be better than anyone in his audience, but that came from him being the underdog every single time that he made one of his own records.
