That was to open a media event at a downtown London eatery announcing fest details.In the fall, Pool is to lead his long-running McCartney Years tribute act at the London Public Library’s Wolf Performance Hall on Sept. 25 when the fest winds up its three-day run.“It’s about time, really — a Beatles fest in London,” Pool said after performing at the media event at the Fox & Fiddle.In announcing selected fest details, organizers said Monday it wouldn’t be a Beatles fest in London “without Yuri Pool.”
