Prior to the club ownership gig, Hollis was a Versatile Artist Development Specialist who excelled in the entire music production lifecycle: talent discovery, release, marketing, and branding. Proven in nurturing emerging talents, building industry relationships, and optimizing success through strategic plans. Strong communication and organizational skills, passionate about fostering artistic excellence from discovery to securing record deals. In particular he:
