Michael Buble oozes cheerfulness.

He is readying the Friday release of his ninth studio album, “Higher,” sketching a brief Las Vegas residency at Resorts World for late April and experiencing both unfettered elation and relief in his personal life.

Buble, 46, and his wife of more than a decade, Luisana, co-star in his video for the happily galloping “I’ll Never Not Love You,” with Luisana revealing a baby bump at the end. It will be the fourth child for the couple, who endured the frightening liver cancer diagnosis of 8-year-old son Noah in 2016.

Noah was recently deemed cancer-free, and Buble excitedly scrolls through his phone to show a video of his young musical prodigy unleashing his piano skills on a rendition of Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours.”

A trio of original songs on “Higher” includes the title track, which features a chorus conjured by Noah during bath time (“How cool is that?” Buble says with a proud smile).
