Drake Joins The Beatles In An Extraordinary Show Of Power On The Hot 100
This week, Drake’s new full-length Certified Lover Boy is far and away the most successful release, as the title blasts onto the Billboard 200 at No. 1 with the largest opening sum of 2021. The set performed so spectacularly thanks in large part to it’s massive streaming figures, as it racked up the second-most plays on platforms like Apple Music and Spotify for an album in a single wek of all time. All those hundreds of millions of streams ensure that the 21 songs featured on Certified Lover Boy debut on the Hot 100, with Drake making history in a number of ways by dominating the list like nobody before. He scores another No. 1 debut and fills all but one space inside the top 10 (a first), including the entirety of the top five.
