BeatlesGeorge Harrison and John Lennon will be remembered at two upcoming events on Nov. 29 and Dec. 8 at the sites of their individual stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, it was announced Oct. 21 by the Alliance for Survival peace group, the sponsor of both events. Harrison will be honored at the first event, “TheGeorge Harrison Public Tribute and Memorial Remembrance,” which takes place from 2 to 4 p.m. Nov. 29. The Beatle died from cancer in Los Angeles on Nov. 29, 2001.
