A Beatles audition tape that could date back to the band’s early days has been found in a Canadian record shop.On March 12, the Vancouver record store Neptoon Records’ owner Rob Frith posted about his discovery on Instagram, sharing a video of what he believes are Beatles audition tapes from 1962.”I picked up this tape years ago that said Beatles Demos on it. i just figured it was a tape off a bootleg record,” Frith, who owns the oldest independent record store in Vancouver, captioned his video.
