Now, CBS will take a look back at some of the best halftime performances in the event’s history on a special called Super Bowl’s Greatest Halftime Shows, airing Friday, February 5, two days before the big game.Besides highlights of past shows, the two-hour program will feature new interviews with some of the most memorable halftime performers, including McCartney, who played at the Super Bowl in 2005, and U2 frontman Bono, whose band performed in 2002.
