The Beatles’ Paul McCartney’s School Grades Have Been Exposed
One of music’s most beloved figure of all time, Sir Paul McCartney’s literature book (Marked by Mr. Durband) which features five essays will be auctioned, and experts think that it will be sold about £10,000.
Here is what Mr. Durband said about McCartney’s grades:
“I’d answer the question first before challenging its truth, Sir Paul, 17 or 18 at the time, was achieving marks from B- to B++ for his work.”
The auction will take place at 11am on Tuesday, in Newton-le-Willows.
Yesterday, Paul McCartney was greeted so well by the fans, in front of the Four Seasons hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Also, Paul had a short interview with Lindsey Russell, and talked about what pushed him to write so many hit songs.
Here is what he said:
“I have a song-writing class and the first thing I say to them is, look, I don’t really know how to do this – and at first they kind of look at me, but when you think about it there is no formula.
I know how to write one of my songs but I can’t say ‘you do it that way’, because it’s a very personal thing. So the advice really is to just do whatever it is you’re doing… a lot!”
