Boutique Hotel Collection is a specialzied management company which mirrors its unique collection of boutique hotels.

With the help of a unique iFanz "capture all" database collection form (see image below) the management was able to not only collect the data from web site visits but also create a permission based "club" for travelers to benefit from specials that all the properties have to offer, not just the one they recently visited.

By combining the user preferences and profiles, BHC is able to determine their direct mail and email pushes throughout the collection of hotels, thus creating a customer reward and retention program, that benefits all.
