Two Bunch Palms January 2006

The legendary Two Bunch Palms in Desert Hot Springs, CA, (recently acquired by the Boutique Hotel Collection of San Luis Obispo) first approached McCartney to develop a private, highly sensitive e-mailing list of their long-term, loyal and celebrity (read secret) clientele.

After the in-house database interaction was accomplished, McCartney then set out to create a new web site incorporating a more fluid, user-friendly atmosphere than the original site.

The new site includes new hi-definition video clips and images shot by McCartney's crew as well as a seamless, secure link to the online booking engine and a customer acquisition, opt-in newsletter process. The opening Flash NetSpot sets the atmosphere for the viewer of this tranquil, magical resort as it features many images of flora, fauna and aqua as well as the custom score composed in Europe by Andreas Slavik and featuring the sounds of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra.

Future communications and marketing strategies for Two Bunch include the development of in-room hi-def DVD programming, a private preferred guest email program and a wine club.
