MGM Mirage Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to own and operate hotel-casinos and resorts through its subsidiaries. The Group operates multi-theme destination resorts, luxury resorts, casinos, Golf courses, shopping outlets, thrill rides and amusement zones. Bellagio, MGM Grand Las Vegas, The Mirage, New York Hotel and Casino, Prim Valley Resorts, Buffalo Bill's Resort and Casino, Golden Nugget are some of the hotels, casinos and entertainment resorts that are owned and operated by the Group's subsidiaries. The subsidiaries of the Group also own and operate MGM Grand Australia and MGM Grand South Africa.

McCartney Multimedia, Inc., created and delivered the online e-mail advertising through "NetSpots" web commercials.
The MGM Group has been a client of McCartney Multimedia, since August of 2001 when we created an initial NetSpots Campaign for the Janet Jackson event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The results were impressive.
The event sold out within 48 hours of the initial mail blast, with room revenue growing 18% over expectations. For over 2 years now McCartney Multimedia has produced over 100 original, creative NetSpots campaigns for the following Las Vegas properties: Treasure Island, New York, New York, MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, Golden Nugget, Bellagio, Mirage, Beau Rivage.
