In addition to the Eagles, returning again this year are defending Sevens World Champions New Zealand, along with national teams from England, Fiji, France, South Africa and Australia, defending USA SEVENS Champion Argentina, Canada, Kenya, Mexico, Samoa, Tonga, Scotland, Uruguay and the West Indies.
